Once your app has been built and you’ve approved the design we’ll deploy them to the relevant app stores

Step 4 - Unbox your Welcome Pack

As part of the sign-up process we will send you a welcome pack that includes your all important stamp as well as some Point Of Sale material to help get those critical sign ups.

Promote your new app and invite your customers to join your loyalty program through where they can easily enroll and start collecting rewards with every purchase.

 

* Due to the rules imposed by Apple you will require your own Apple Developer account. You can choose to use your own Google account, or we can deploy your app to our Google account. Details on how to do this will be supplied when you sign up.

4. How does Smart Loyalty handle privacy?

Your customers details are never shared and your own apps manage loyalty for your customers.

Some providers put your business in an app directory. We provide your own apps so you don't have to worry about sharing your customers with other competitors.

5. I have an issue with my account

Simple contact support by telephone or email for an imediate response.

6. Can I cancel at anytime?

You can cancel at anytime. There may be charges if it is within your first year. Ask your account manager for details.
